Inspiring Creativity and Imagination
This Sure Start-funded project aims to showcase different ways to create exciting spaces for children to play in. A series of downloadable resource sheets describe each activity. These materials are aimed primarily at childcare professionalsbut there is much here that will be of interest to parents who wish to find out more about the link between play and child development. Each resource sheet describles the activity and ends with a summary of what the children learned through their play. Some of the activities could be adapted for use in the home.
