'In work, better off' Department for Work and Pensions Q&A
On Monday 15 October Caroline Flint, Minister of State for
Employment and Welfare Reform, took part in an online Q&A session about
helping single parents find work.
The Government recently published 'In work, better off' setting out the next steps to full employment. This included proposals for providing better support to help lone parents find and stay in work. Many lone parents want to work but often have difficulties finding suitable jobs.
Caroline Flint was online for about an hour and the webchat is now available to view below as a Word document.
