''New financial support for students'' webchat

On 5 October 2005, Higher Education Minister Bill Rammell participated in an online Question & Answer session about a new financial package designed to help young people with university fees.
From September 2006, students entering into full-time education at universities and colleges in England will be faced with the possibility of having to pay up to £3,000 in tuition fees.
Bill Rammell answered your questions on the new financial package and explained how it will enable students to deal with their tuition fees.
